Video Tutorial
We made sets of 4. Each person paid $3 to cover supplies (napkins, polyurethane, modgepodge, foam brushes, tiles...which were $0.16 at Home Depot). If you're interested in making some, I recommend shopping at Tuesday Morning for napkins. They have a lot of variety and great prices. (Actually, instead of napkins, I used tissue paper for my Christmas tiles...options, options, options!)

Great gift idea! Time for you to make a visit to Boise and sew with me ;)
ReplyDeleteI know! I'm totally into sewing now. Sometimes I don't eat/drink/sleep because I want to work on a project. The next thing I want to tackle is a simple quilt. I've never quilted before. Have you done one before? I'm going to the library tomorrow so I can pick up a couple books. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteNo, I've not quilted. People who do love it! However a good book that has cool quilting is called "Quilts" by Denyse Schmidt. Keep the projects coming :)
